Membership Requirements:

Meetings: Members are required to attend at least 3 meetings per semester; 2 must be in person, for a total of 12 meetings by graduation.

Membership Dues: $10 per semester -or- $35 for the full two years if paid in full during A semester. 

Members are required to volunteer at one event per semester to maintain active membership status. 

Joining comes in three easy steps

• If you are a pre-requisite/pre-nursing student, you don't need to pay. 

• The latest date to join is by the end of the first month of the B semester.

1) Fill out the New Member form below and make a payment on Venmo to SRJC Club Accounts with the description "SNA Dues For [YOUR NAME]." If you are paying by semester, please also include in the description which semester you are in. 

2) Email a copy of the filled-out form and proof of payment in the same email to both the Membership Officer at srjcsnamembershipofficer@gmail.com and to our Treasurer at srjcsnatreasurerofficer@gmail.com.

3) Fill out the Mentorship program form to get paired up with another student in SNA to either receive or give guidance about making it through the program.
