This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use ("Policy") governs your use of the mobile application Hexagon Dark Pixel Icon Pack ("the Application", "the App", "we", "our", or "us"), developed and published by SRApps Studio.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue using the Application.
We hold your privacy in the highest regard. Hexagon Dark Pixel Icon Pack does NOT collect, store, track, sell, trade, or share any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
No User Accounts: The App does not require registration, login, phone numbers, or passwords.
No Biometrics or Contacts: We do not read or access your contacts, SMS, call logs, photos, microphone, camera, or biometric sensors.
No Location Tracking: We do not access or collect coarse or fine GPS location telemetry.
No Ad-Tracking Networks: The App contains no advertising SDKs (such as AdMob, Unity, or Facebook Audience Network) that track user behavior across devices.
The Application strictly requests only minimal Android permissions required for UI customization and theme operations:
android.permission.INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE:
Purpose: Required solely to download high-resolution cloud wallpapers from secure cloud servers and to verify genuine Google Play licensing.
android.permission.SET_WALLPAPER:
Purpose: Required solely to apply selected wallpapers directly to your home screen and/or lock screen at your explicit command.
android.permission.WAKE_LOCK & RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED:
Purpose: Required by standard Android WorkManager background scheduler exclusively to execute the voluntary Daily Auto-Wallpaper rotation if enabled by you.
com.android.vending.CHECK_LICENSE:
Purpose: Standard Google Play licensing verification to prevent unauthorized piracy and distribution.
When you initiate an email inquiry or submit an icon/wallpaper request to srappsandroidrequest@gmail.com or srappsdevs@gmail.com, your email address and any voluntarily provided details (such as device manufacturer or requested app package names) are transmitted through your own email client.
This communication is used strictly to answer your inquiry or review your design suggestion. We never sell, monetize, or disclose your email address to any third-party marketing brokers.
Hexagon Dark Pixel Icon Pack is a customization resource designed to work in conjunction with compatible third-party custom launchers (such as Nova Launcher, Lawnchair, Smart Launcher, Action Launcher, etc.).
Disclaimer: We do not own, develop, or control third-party launchers. Certain stock OEM launchers (such as unrooted stock Pixel Launcher or specific manufacturer skins) do not natively support third-party icon packs. We are not liable for launcher incompatibilities, third-party launcher updates that alter icon masks, or launcher crashes.
Original Artwork: The hexagonal glyph frames, icons, and styling provided in this application are original artistic creations designed by SRApps Studio.
Trademarks & Brand Logos: All app names, trademarks, registered trademarks, logos, and brand emblems referenced or stylized in this icon pack belong entirely to their respective copyright and trademark owners.
Fair Use Notice: Their depiction is strictly intended for individual visual customization, application identification, and aesthetic categorization under the principles of Fair Use / Nominative Use. The presence of any trademark does not imply endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or association with SRApps Studio.
Cloud Wallpapers: All cloud wallpapers are curated from public domain, open-source repositories, and creative-commons sources. If you believe your copyrighted artwork has been included without appropriate attribution, please notify us at srappsdevs@gmail.com with verification of ownership, and the content will be promptly removed within 24 to 48 hours without the need for contentious legal action.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW:
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED.

Your download, installation, use, or inability to use the Application.
Any launcher glitches, UI visual artifacts, system slowdowns, battery consumption, or storage usage.
System or device malfunctions, software conflicts, hardware issues, or data corruption.
Any actions taken based on wallpaper downloads or visual customization.
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE APPLICATION IS TO CEASE USING AND UNINSTALL THE APPLICATION.
The Application does not knowingly solicit or collect data from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided us with any information via email, please contact us at srappsdevs@gmail.com so we can immediately delete such correspondence.
We reserve the exclusive right to update, amend, or modify this Policy at any time without individual prior notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon publishing the revised policy with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. Your continued use of the Application following any posted changes constitutes your absolute acceptance of the revised terms.
