CAP Driver's License

From the eServices landing page, select the menu in the top right.

Under the "Operations" tab, select "Operations Qualifications"

On that blank page, select the red drop down arrown next to "Ops Quals", then scroll all the way down to the "Driver's License" section and select it.

Enter your name or CAPID into the search box.

From this pannel, all the red flags must turn into Green Checkmarks before you can submit.

Begin by obtaining a copy of your state driving record. If you have a license in the state of California, use this website here: CA DMV Driving Record Request. This request will cost $2 and will give you a digital download of your driving record that you may upload directly.

Next, take a scan or photo of your State Drivers License and upload it under the Issuing state box. Make sure to select the issuing state from the drop down menu. After you have uploaded the photo or scan, enter the expiration date of your license into the next box.

Finally, based on your license, select all the vehicles you are legally allowed to drive. This depends on the type of license and state that issued your license. You will need to research your states rules and select the boxes that apply.

Once all red flags have become green, select the blue "SUBMIT" button in the bottom left.

After it has been approved, your Driver's License will reflect on your 101 Card like so:
