St. Pius V School is partnered with FACTS Management to help manage school accounts. After tuition agreements are finalized, new families will receive an email from FACTS that contains a registration code. Register online at https://online.factsmgt.com/register/ and enter your registration code to access your online agreement.

Once registered, you may access your account by logging onto https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/41XLQ

All other families will use the account that was created the previous year.

Following is a list of actions that may be accessed through your FACTS account:

• Make payments

• Review recent payments

• Enter or change bank/credit card information

• Request monthly automatic bank drafts

• Update personal information

• Concerns regarding your account

You may contact FACTS directly at (866) 441-4637 if you would like to speak to a representative.

All monthly tuition payments may be paid directly to FACTS.

• The Materials Fee are billed via email and is due on July 14, 2024

• If you plan on paying your tuition amount in full before classes begin, you can make your payment in the school office and receive a 5% discount. This option is only available for full tuition payments made by August. 

• If you requested a payment plan, your first payment should be made during August 2024 directly to FACTS (depending on your payment plan). There is a $50 enrollment fee for payment plans.

• Please note, debit or credit card payments made through FACTS are assessed an additional charge for processing. 

• A late fee of $40 will be applied monthly if your payment is late or your account is not up to date. Late fees can total more than $480 a year if accounts are not kept up to date.

• A $30 fee will be applied for any failed electronic transaction or dishonored check.

• Please know that when making a payment it will be applied for that given month. If your payment exceeds the payment due it will be applied for that given month and months to follow. It will not be spread across your monthly payment plan.

If your child is a recipient of a scholarship we are not able to credit your FACTS account until the school receives the monetary award.
