According to sources at football.london, Johnson is scheduled to undergo a medical today at Hotspur Way, with the deadline set for Friday at 11 pm.

This marks Tottenham's ninth signing of the summer, following the arrivals of James Maddison, Micky van den Ven, Guglielmo Vicario, Alejo Veliz, and Ashley Phillips. Additionally, Pedro Porro and Dejan Kulusevski have made their loan moves permanent during this transfer window.

Johnson, who has shown promise as an attacker, arrives at Spurs after an impressive season in the Premier League, where he scored eight goals and provided three assists for Nottingham Forest. His contributions played a crucial role in Forest retaining their top-flight status. Johnson has also been a consistent presence in Forest's starting lineup, featuring in all three of their opening games this season.
