NGO CERWS (Chattisgarh Education, Research and Welfare Society) is women-oriented, focusing millennium goal of UNDP, issues for women, children, old & needy.

CERWS is a very important organization as they assist local artisans to expand to a wider audience and sell their handicrafts to the wider public. They have been helping such artisans for more than 10 years. CERWS focuses on people who don't get as much exposure and oppressed member of society such as women, children, old and needy.

During the COVID 19 pandemic, working collaboratively with such local artisans has been a challenge as many still do not understand how to use technology and social media. But against all odds, these artisans too have adapted themselves to these situations and they are using technology to connect with each other and make life go on as it should be.
