The youth exchange will address several important issues such as sedentary lifestyle and physical health, mental health and well-being, social inclusion and community building, intercultural understanding, lack of information about sports opportunities.
Project goals:
Popularize projects co-financed by the European Union, ensuring that more people are aware of such opportunities. In addition, the youth exchange will promote the citizenship of young people and deepen their understanding of the common values of the European Union.
Promote physical activity and encourage young people to be physically active regularly, increase the frequency of sports activities daily, teaching different sports activities.
Teach young people that physical activity can be interesting and exciting, as many young people see doing sports as difficulties.
Teach young people to perform physical activities correctly, to choose the appropriate load for themselves, to adapt sports activities to their physical abilities.
Increase mental well-being, provide a supportive and caring environment where young people can learn to manage stress, anxiety and other mental health issues through sport.
Promote social inclusion, create an inclusive sports community where everyone is invited to participate regardless of their background, gender or ability. The project will ensure equal opportunities for people with fewer opportunities and will promote their inclusion in society as equal members of society.
Raise awareness, to increase the awareness of young people about the advantages of sports, the available resources and opportunities participate in sports programs.
Help young people develop essential life skills such as teamwork, leadership, communication and problem-solving through sports.
Engage local communities and stakeholders to support and sustain project initiatives, ensuring long-term benefits for young people.
