Young people will get to know the common and different aspects of the country’s problems related to insufficient physical activity, will share statistical data, look for solutions, will engage in various sports activities, get acquainted with European projects and the opportunities they provide, and get acquainted with different cultures and learn more about them.
Participants will participate in discussions, work in groups and individually, share experience and will learn from each other, perform various exercises, play cooperative games, simulations, cooperate with people of different cultures, will perform practical tasks, participate in creative activities related to music, art, theater, cinema dance, etc., plan how to draw people's attention and make them take care of their physical and mental health regularly, will self-develop, use digital technologies, create photo and video materials, improve communication, leadership and presentation skills.
During the youth exchange, the participants will create a public campaign with various sports and physical activity fun tasks, designed and adapted for any age group, as well as surveys of the local population, thereby involving the residents of Jelgava, employees and tourists in Jelgava, who will both see and participate in the participants tasks, but also will be surveyed and learn more about the project topic and Erasmus+ projects, what are the Erasmus+ projects, what we are doing in this project, what are its goals and desired results.
