Why does my SplatPost not show up on the Album?

This issue often occurs if the Album is opened before the screenshot has finished saving. To refresh the view, simply press (B) to return to the Home Menu. If the image still isn't appearing, check if you’ve reached your storage limit. The Switch can hold up to 1,000 screenshots in system memory and 10,000 on a microSD card; you may need to delete or move some files to make room.

Why won't my Switch connect to a PC via the dock?

Even with a high-quality data cable, the connection will fail if you plug it into the USB ports on the Switch Dock. These ports are designed only for accessories (like controllers) and do not support file transfers to a computer.
