NEW here at St. Peter's we present to you our Showcase Team! These students are experienced athletes who have come together to showcase their skills and talents in specific fields of the sport of track. Separate from the Varsity Team, this team comes together to participate in competitions or exhibitions to demonstrate their abilities and compete against other teams.  Members are selected through an invitation basis based on performance in previous seasons, and experience. They are expected to maintain a high level of physical fitness, participate in regular practices and training sessions both inside, and outside of school to improve their skills. In addition to athletic success, our athletes are expected to maintain high academic standards and represent our school with integrity and sportsmanship.

While there may be some overlap between our competitive Showcase Team, and our Varsity Team, they are generally different in terms of their goals, focus, and criteria for success. Our showcase team is focused on performance, and entertainment, while our Varsity Team is more focused on performance, results, and representing our school in athletic competition as do other sports.
