While you have a few modalities to choose from, multiple tools are available for all services such as singing bowls, frequency tones, healing stones and gems. blocks, yoga mats, meditation pillows, incense, and more.

Yoga Fitness & Rehabilitation
For athletes or just those of you who love to stay in shape and challenge your body while ensuring you are conditioning at the same time.
Yoga Therapy
Trauma informed yoga therapy as well as somatic yoga therapy to assist with those mental fluctuations, stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADD, ADHD, ASD, E/I, and more.
Yoga therapy is also used to assist those with physical and health challenges that are looking to target areas of somatic discomfort.
Yin Yoga
Slow moving, focused- yoga where breathwork and shapes can take center stage. Yin yoga is great for beginners but is also rehabilitating and relaxing for our more advanced yogis. Asanas are held for 5-8 minutes at a time allowing our breath to work with our muscular and skeletal systems to move deeper into the stretch, helping push out stress building in our nervous and muscular systems.
Vinyasa Flow
Exactly as it says in the title, you move with the flow of energy where each asana effortlessly flows into the next allowing individuals to feel the alignment and connection with movement, further advancing the mind body connection as it is similar to moving while in meditation.
Movement therapy is similar to vinyasa flow but incorporates styles of dance such as ballet, hip hop, modern, etc.
Zumba is also available in small and medium sized groups.
Yoga Nidra (1:1 and group sessions available)
Yoga Nidra is guided meditation while in savasana allowing easier entrance into deep meditation. It incorporates breath-work, body awareness and intention to reach deep states of rest. This is done to assist and support mental clarity and stress relief.
1:1 Meditation
When first attempting to be still it can be challenging, especially for those of us that are busy bodies and have trouble sitting still or clearing the mind (no judgement, this is how I started as well). In one on one meditation we not only meditate but I teach you meditation basics and help you find your meditation style and what works best for you when it comes to reaching states of rest (in between waking and sleeping)
Small group (2-3) Meditation
Practice and rehearsal for those new to meditation or for individuals that just want some extra guidance and support for that day.
