Museum

The Spirit Lake area Museum opened in 2019, The collection has slowly accumulated through donation and sometimes purchase of historical artifacts related to our area.  

First Lutheran Church of  Spirit Lake used the current museum building until several years ago when they built a newer single level church next door...  They are graciously allowing us use with minimal cost as we try to preserve our local heritage.

The museum is run by volunteers, and more volunteers will enable extended hours and more access to our history...
