Instructions:

1. Download the attached image.

2. Go to https://create.roblox.com

3. Click Creations

4. Click Avatar Items

5. Select Classics

6. Make sure the dropdown is selected to "T-Shirts"

7. Click Upload Assets

8. Upload the image, by clicking "Upload" 

9. Name it.

10. Upload it

Your name badge will now be available at https://roblox.com/my/avatar under the clothing -> t-shirt tab.
