This Speed Enforcement Unit Handbook was established by SH99TERS on 29/10/2023 for the sole purpose of expanding the sub-division organizational abilities and ensuring that everybody has a clear view and understanding of the sub-division and all of its functionalities. This document was created and written by SH99TERS however, certain informative documents may contain information from previous documents within the San Andreas State Troopers.
A vast array of information and regulations pertaining to the San Andreas Speed Enforcement Unit will be contained in this handbook. We have created this handbook to ensure the public can receive answers to any questions they may have without waiting for high-commanding troopers or supervisors to respond. Updates to the document occur frequently, both to add new information and to update data already contained in it. You are welcome to contact the SH99TERS or SEU command if you have any suggestions, comments, or concerns regarding this handbook.

Sub-Div Information
The Speed Enforcement Unit is responsible for patrolling and responding to calls within the entire state. While our main focus is on traffic-related crimes, we are still permitted to conduct routine operations that prioritise enforcement of traffic laws.
The Speed Enforcement Unit is under the San Andreas State Troopers sub-division and is one of the law enforcement agencies within the State of San Andreas.
The troopers of this sub-division put effort into their position and strive to succeed. Anyone interested in being a part of the Speed Enforcement Unit must apply. If accepted within the sub-division, you are required to go through a mandatory ride-along to become a full time agent.
