The Commissioner is in charge of ensuring the full functionality of the sub-division and is in charge of appointing troopers to a certain rank. The Commissioner is in charge of all speed enforcement operations.

The Deputy Commissioner is second in charge of ensuring the full functionality of the sub-division and they can appoint troopers to a certain rank. The Deputy Commissioner is second in charge of all speed enforcement operations.
SE-03 | Great
The Assistant Commissioner helps the Commissioner manage the division. The Assistant Commissioner manages the operations and appoints punishments.
SPEED ENFORCEMENT OVERSEERS
SE-04 | Tortila
The Chief assists the Deputy Commissioner in managing the sub-division. The Chief also helps oversee the trains and see if they are going well, and the division makes sure everything runs well.
SE-05 | N/A
The Assistant Chief assists the Chief in managing the sub-division. The Assistant Chief also helps oversee the trains and see if they are going well, and the division makes sure everything runs well.
SPEED ENFORCEMENT SUPERVISORY
The Sergeants are in charge of making sure the sub-division is functioning properly and enforcing the code of conduct. A Sergeant helps the overseers, making sure they have everything they need to make the division function right.
The Corporal assists the Sergeant in ensuring the unit runs efficiently. These members are the leaders for the lower ranks and help them when it’s needed. While their Sergeant helps the overseer in the division.
SPEED ENFORCEMENT UNIT
A Master Trooper has more experience in the sub-division. Master trooper is like a leader for the lower ranks in SEU.
A Trooper First Class has experience in the sub-division. A Trooper First Class acts like a leader for the Lower ranks.
Senior Troopers have passed a one-week trial, but they are still new in the division and need more expensive.
Troopers that have passed the Speed Enforcement Unit training and are certified to patrol.
Cadets are classified as sub-division employees. But they hold no authority to patrol as speed enforcement until they finish the Speed Enforcement Unit training.
