Ramp Bowling:
Ramp bowling is used when an athlete does not have the physical ability to roll a ball with their hand or hands. Athletes should be encouraged and trained to bowl without a ramp if they are physically able. Athletes using ramps will be placed in separate divisions from other bowlers. All other tournament rules shall apply to athletes in the ramp divisions.
The ramp bowling process will be as follows: All games will be bowled on the same lane. Changing lanes will not occur and foul lights will be turned off. Bowlers will bowl three games or a time limit of two hours whichever comes first. Ramp Bowlers will bowl 3 consecutive frames at a time.
Unassisted Ramp Bowler:
o Athlete positions ball on the ramp with assistance (lifting and placing ball from ball return to ramp).
o Athlete aims ramp into position unassisted (by themselves).
o Athlete pushes ball down ramp toward target (no assistance).

o Athlete or the lane assistant positions ball on the ramp.
