If you're recording your speech off campus and need an audience, we've created an easy way for you to connect with other students. We’re using a tool called Padlet. Think of it like a digital bulletin board where you can post if you're looking for audience members or volunteer to be in someone else’s audience. It doesn’t matter whose class you’re in, this board is for everyone in a Harper speech class. Use it to make the audience requirement easier and help each other out. Directions are below.
Click the link to open the Speech Recording Meetup Board.

To post, click the large plus button (+) in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Include the following in your post:
Your name & Contact Info
Date, time, and location of your planned speech
How many audience members you need
Any extra notes (e.g., “I’ll bring cookies!” or “Parking is free on the street”)
To respond to a post, leave a comment or contact the person directly if they’ve shared contact info.
Once you’ve gathered your audience, you can use this link to book a room in the library.
