Deep reinforcement learning is the combination of reinforcement learning (RL) and deep learning. Currently, deep learning is enabling reinforcement learning to scale to problems that were previously intractable, such as learning to play video games directly from pixels. Thus, deep RL opens up many new applications in domains such as healthcare, robotics, smart grids, finance, and many more. This presentation provides an introduction to deep reinforcement learning models, algorithms and techniques.
