Spanish 2

Production

Our production for La Llorona will be November 1st and 2nd. Students will use their drawings as a resource and rewrite the story of La Llorona in their own words. Study guides are due the day of the production.

Tuesday 10/30, Wednesday 10/31

  • Students retold the story and turned in their drawings
  • We played vocab games and they had time to work on study guides

  • Students have a quiz on our book Tumba
  • We learned new vocabulary and heard the final version of La Llorona

  • Students wrote about our forth Persona Especial and we created a biography together
  • We interviewed the fifth Persona Especial and created their bio

  • Students retold and read the class story
  • Students filled in a map to randomly pair with other students

  • Students listened to our second "Persona Especial" interview and wrote sentences about our first person
  • Students also brainstormed sentences about the second interviewee
  • Students practiced vocabulary for our upcoming class story

  • Students played a game to remember the names of their classmates
  • Students learned about "Special Person" interviews that we will be conducting in class and had the chance to brainstorm why were doing and rules we need for it to be successful

    • We brainstormed rules and essential agreements for our class and voted on favorites
