Content: The survey addresses key areas including emotional and physical health, school safety, and barriers to learning.

Privacy: Participation is entirely confidential. No individual data will be identifiable.

Flexibility: Participation is voluntary and students may opt out of any question or withdraw at any time.

Grades: 5th and 7th Grade (particpation is voluntary)
