Affirmation Cards

Our affirmation cards help make people around the world smile through motivational messages. We started this program by writing kind, uplifting messages to send to patients who could not visit their families during the pandemic.  

Since then we have sent cards to children who have experienced trauma.  We believe in creating a safe space where children can express themselves.  We are currently working with several local nonprofits to provide affimartion cards and share words of kindness.

Why affirmation cards are so important...

Affirmation cards are a great way to remind yourself of the positive and beautiful things in your life.  

Affirmation cards are designed to help remind us of truths we already know but need reminding of. If you’re struggling with anxiety, these cards can be a great tool to help you cope. They are a great tool to help you encourage yourself and build your mental health. Most people use them to affirm positive thoughts and beliefs, but they also seem to help people cope with stress and anxiety. 

They are a powerful tool to use when feeling down or having negative thoughts. While they are not a cure for anxiety or depression, they can help those who struggle.

When you’re anxious, affirmations can help put your mind at ease and remind you that things will be okay. They can also help you understand what triggers your stress and how to manage it. Making mindfulness a common practice can help you discover more profound things about yourself; affirmation cards are one tool to support the journey of self-discovery.

For those who may struggle to get in touch with their emotions, they can help you see the world with a fresh perspective and delve into why certain emotions may be more challenging to express. They can be used as tools for self-reflection and self-improvement. They can help you feel more connected to the people around you.
