Sparklyforce（以下「当方」）は、アプリ「Ballet Day」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザー情報の取り扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシーを定めます。

本アプリからリンクする外部サイト・外部サービス（YouTube、各ストア等）における情報取扱いは、各提供者の規約・ポリシーに従います。

1. アプリが記録する情報

本アプリは、次の情報を取り扱う場合があります。

(1) ユーザーが入力・作成する情報

• レッスン記録・メモ等、ユーザーが本アプリ内で入力する内容

• 本アプリで作成・保存する各種設定情報

(2) 端末内でのみ扱う情報（録画・メディア）

• 練習の振り返りのために撮影された動画・音声
  ※撮影したデータは、ユーザーの端末内に保存されます。（端末やOSの設定・仕様により保存場所や挙動が変わる場合があります。）

(3) 自動的に収集される情報（アプリの利用状況・障害解析）

• アプリの利用状況（機能の使用回数などの統計情報）

• クラッシュ情報、パフォーマンス情報（不具合の原因特定のため）

• 端末情報（OSバージョン、機種、言語設定など）

(4) 文字起こし機能に関する情報

本アプリが提供する文字起こし等の機能をユーザーが利用する場合、処理のために音声データ（動画の音声）を外部サービスに送信することがあります。

• 送信の目的：文字起こし結果の生成、機能提供

• 対象：ユーザーが文字起こしを実行したデータに限る

• 保存：音声データは、文字起こしのためにのみ取り扱い、文字起こし完了後はサーバー上から削除します。

• 文字起こし結果は本利用者が削除できます。

2. 利用目的

収集した情報は、次の目的で利用します。

• 本アプリの機能提供（録画、再生、比較、記録管理 等）

• サブスクリプション等の提供・購入状態の確認

• お問い合わせ対応、サポート提供

• 不具合の調査・修正、品質改善

• 利用状況の分析（機能改善、UI改善 等）

• 不正利用の防止、セキュリティ確保

3. 第三者への提供・外部サービスの利用

本アプリは、機能提供・解析・運用のため、以下の外部サービスを利用する場合があります。各サービスは、サービス提供の範囲で情報を取り扱うことがあります。

• Firebase（Google）
  
  認証、データ保存、クラッシュ解析、利用状況分析

• OpenAI のAPI（文字起こしの利用）
  
  音声の文字起こし結果の生成

• 広告配信サービス
  
  広告表示のための情報の取得

• アプリ内課金（Apple / Google）
  
  購入処理・請求に関する情報はApple/Googleにより管理され、当方がクレジットカード情報等を取得することはありません。

※当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの同意なく第三者に個人情報を提供しません。

4. データの保存期間

• 端末内に保存されるデータは、ユーザーが削除するまで保持されます。

• クラッシュ解析等のログは、品質改善のため必要な期間保持されることがあります。

• 文字起こし等で送信したデータの取り扱いは、外部サービスのポリシーに従う場合があります。

5. セキュリティ

当方は、情報の漏えい・改ざん等を防止するため、合理的な安全対策を講じます。ただし、インターネット通信や端末環境の性質上、完全な安全を保証するものではありません。

6. ユーザーの選択肢

ユーザーは、次の方法で情報の取り扱いを管理できます。

• 端末の設定で、カメラ/マイク/写真へのアクセス許可を変更できます

• 本アプリ内で作成したデータは、ユーザーの操作で削除できます

• サブスクリプションは端末の設定から解約できます

7. アカウント・認証に関する情報

本アプリは、初回は匿名（未ログイン）で利用を開始でき、後から Apple または Google によるログインが可能です。

当方は、ログイン・アカウント連携のため、下記情報を取り扱う場合があります。

• 認証プロバイダ（Apple / Google）

• （利用者が許可した場合）プロフィール情報の一部（例：表示名、メールアドレス等）

※匿名状態で作成・保存されたデータは、ログイン後に必ず統合されます。Apple/Googleの切替を行っても同一利用者のデータとして統合されます。

8. 児童のプライバシー

本アプリは、法令上の要件がある場合を除き、児童から意図的に個人情報を収集することを目的としていません。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの更新等により告知します。

Sparklyforce (“we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in the app “Ballet Day” (“the App”).

The handling of information on external websites and external services linked from the App, such as YouTube and each app store, is governed by the terms and policies of the respective providers.

1. Information Recorded by the App

The App may handle the following information.

(1) Information entered or created by users

• Content entered by users within the App, such as lesson records and notes

• Various settings information created and saved within the App

(2) Information handled only on the device, such as recordings and media

• Videos and audio recorded for reviewing practice

Recorded data is saved on the user’s device. The storage location and behavior may vary depending on the device, operating system settings, and specifications.

(3) Information collected automatically, such as app usage and crash analysis

• App usage information, such as statistical information on how often features are used

• Crash information and performance information, for the purpose of identifying the causes of issues

• Device information, such as OS version, device model, and language settings

(4) Information related to the transcription feature

When users use features provided by the App, such as transcription, audio data, including audio from videos, may be sent to an external service for processing.

• Purpose of transmission: To generate transcription results and provide the feature

• Scope: Limited to data for which the user executes transcription

• Storage: Audio data is handled only for the purpose of transcription and is deleted from the server after transcription is completed.

Transcription results can be deleted by the user.

2. Purpose of Use

The collected information is used for the following purposes.

• To provide App features, such as recording, playback, comparison, and record management

• To provide subscriptions and confirm purchase status

• To respond to inquiries and provide support

• To investigate and fix issues, and improve quality

• To analyze usage, such as for feature improvements and UI improvements

• To prevent unauthorized use and ensure security

3. Provision to Third Parties and Use of External Services

The App may use the following external services for feature provision, analysis, and operation. Each service may handle information within the scope necessary to provide its services.

Firebase by Google

Used for authentication, data storage, crash analysis, and usage analysis.

OpenAI API, when using transcription

Used to generate audio transcription results.

Advertising delivery services

Used to obtain information for displaying advertisements.

In-app purchases by Apple / Google

Information related to purchase processing and billing is managed by Apple or Google. We do not obtain credit card information or similar payment information.

Except as required by law, we do not provide users’ personal information to third parties without the user’s consent.

4. Data Retention Period

• Data stored on the device is retained until the user deletes it.

• Logs such as crash analysis logs may be retained for the period necessary for quality improvement.

• The handling of data sent for transcription and similar purposes may be subject to the policies of the external services.

5. Security

We take reasonable security measures to prevent leakage, alteration, and other unauthorized handling of information. However, due to the nature of internet communication and device environments, we do not guarantee complete security.

6. User Choices

Users can manage the handling of information in the following ways.

• Users can change permissions for access to the camera, microphone, and photos in the device settings.

• Data created within the App can be deleted by the user.

• Subscriptions can be canceled from the device settings.

7. Information Related to Accounts and Authentication

The App can initially be used anonymously, without logging in, and users may later log in with Apple or Google.

We may handle the following information for login and account linking.

• Authentication provider, such as Apple or Google

• If permitted by the user, part of the profile information, such as display name and email address

Data created and saved while using the App anonymously will always be integrated after login. Even if the user switches between Apple and Google login, the data will be integrated as data belonging to the same user.

8. Children’s Privacy

Except where required by law, the App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may change the contents of this Policy as necessary. If there are any important changes, we will notify users by updating this page or by other appropriate means.
