Spain is in Europe in the Iberian Peninsula. This is in the southwestern corner of Europe. It is connected to Portugal (on its left) and France (connected on the northeast corner). Some of the bodies of water connected to Spain are the Bay of Biscay, the Mediterranean Sea, and the Atlantic ocean. Besides the mainland of Spain, there are the Balearic Islands, which are in the Mediterranean Sea.
