Appointment Policy:
Southside Healthy Pet Clinic tends to fill every appointment at each clinic and to have a waiting list of pets to be seen. The services we provide are very valuable to the community and we depend on our clients respecting their scheduled appointment time. We understand last minute emergencies happen, however, if you know you will be unable to make your appointment, please email, call, or message us at least with 24 hours notice.
After 2 instances of cancelling less than 24 hours or providing no notice, you will no longer be eligible to schedule an appointment and you will only be seen as a walk-in the day of.
We have a high demand for appointments and want to provide our services to as many clients and their pets as possible, especially those who continuously respect their scheduled appointment time.
Number of pets per appointment:
To address the high demand while continuing to provide access to high-quality care for our clients, our current policy is 2 pets per household per clinic. If you have more than 2 pets that you would like to be seen, please let us know and we will work with you to schedule each appointment during a clinic that works for you.
We run our healthy pet clinics on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month, from 6pm to 9pm.
