• Grey Plover - Rutland Water NR - 3 on Lagoon 4.

• Wood Sandpiper - Rutland Water NR - 2 at Lagoon 8 also 2 Bar-tailed Godwit from Plover Hide.

• Black Tern - Rutland Water NR - 1 again at Lagoon 3 also Ruddy Turnstone.

Saturday - 09/05/26

White Stork (12th day) - Rutland Water NR - 1 in sheep field behind Waderscrape Hide *1316

• 1146 - Wood Sandpiper - Rutland Water NR - 1 on Lagoon 3.

• Caspian Gull - Albert Village - 1.

• Black Tern - Rutland Water NR - 1 at Lagoon 1.

• Whooper Swan - Eyebrook Reservoir - 1 on the island.

• Grey Plover - Rutland Water NR - 1 on Lagoon 4 also 2 Bar-tailed Godwit.

• Black Tern - Rutland Water NR - 2 still this afternoon.

• Ferruginous x Common Pochard hybrid - Rutland Water NR - still at Egleton reserve.

• White Stork - Rutland Water NR - blue-ringed individual still on Wet Meadow.

• Wood Sandpiper - Rutland Water NR - 1 at Lagoon 8 also White Stork in Manton Bay.

• Bar-tailed Godwit - Rutland Water NR - 2 still at Lagoon 4.

Wednesday - 06/05/26

• Black Tern - Eyebrook Reservoir - 1 off Stoke Dry cp also at least 3 Arctic Tern.

• ☹️ Ring-necked Duck - Stanford Reservoir (po) - no sign this morning.

Tuesday - 05/05/26

• Wood Sandpiper - Rutland Water NR - 1 at Lagoon 5.

• Bar-tailed Godwit - Rutland Water NR - 3 at Lagoon 4.

• Caspian Gull - Rutland Water NR - 1 at Lagoon 4.

• 1251 - Wood Sandpiper - Rutland Water NR - 1 still on island 8 at Lagoon 4 from Dunlin Hide.

• Wood Sandpiper - Wanlip Meadows LRWT - 1 feeding in grassy fringe on N side of the scrape.

• White Stork - Rutland Water NR - blue-ringed individual still on Wet Meadow.

• Black Tern - Stanford Reservoir (po) - 1.

• Ring-necked Duck (3rd day) - Stanford Reservoir (po) - drk still off the dam.

• Kittiwake - Thornton Reservoir - 1 then headed N.

• Ring-necked Duck - Stanford Reservoir (po) - drk still off the dam.

White Stork - Rutland Water NR - blue-ringed individual again in field by Egleton cp *1035 circled Lagoon 1 then headed E

• 1050 - Arctic Tern - Rutland Water NR - 1 at Lagoon 1.

LNY - 1900 - Black Tern - Rutland Water NR - 2 still at Lagoon 1 yesterday.

LNY - 1730 - Wood Sandpiper - Rutland Water NR - 1 at Wet Meadow from Harrier Hide yesterday.

Black Tern - Eyebrook Reservoir - 8 at inflow at N end *1117 x8 still from Stoke Dry cp at w3w *1501 at least 1 still from island bunker also Grey Plover & Bar-tailed Godwit

• ® 1330 - White Stork - Rutland Water NR - blue-ringed individual reported again from Waderscrape Hide in Manton Bay.

• Wood Sandpiper - Rutland Water NR - 4 at Lagoon 4 also 2 Bar-tailed Godwit over.
