Dues/Waver USA Lacrosse Membership

Financial Commitment:

• Player Dues: $250 per season. Dues must be paid by March 8, 2024

• All players must have USA Lacrosse Membership:Click Here to become a member of USA Lacrosse

• Players need to purchase their equipment.  We do have loaner equipment for new players to try lacrosse

• Please complete the South Eugene Lacrosse Dues, USA Lacrosse Membership and Waiver form: 2024 South Eugene Lacrosse Waiver and USA Lacrosse Number Form

We do not want the cost of lacrosse to be a barrier for your son to play.  We do have scholarship opportunities for those players who qualify.
