Josh Barbour served as the head coach of the University of Oregon MCLA Lacrosse Team from 2000 to 2005 and the head coach of Marist High School from 2006 to 2007.  He is the recipient of  the 2001 Pacific Northwest Collegiate Lacrosse League coach of the year.  Josh served as an Oregon High School Lacrosse Association official from 2014 to 2021 and is a Kidsports, Emerald Valley Youth Lacrosse and True Oregon coach.  Josh also played midfield for Eugene Men's Lacrosse Club.

Brian Naghski was the Head Coach of South Eugene High School Lacrosse team from 2007 to 2012.  Prior to becoming the head coach of South, Brian was an assistant coach at Churchill High School from 2001-2006.  Brian has also been a long time youth coach at Kidsports and Emerald Valley Youth Lacrosse. Brian also played defense for Eugene Men's Lacrosse Coach.

Lionel Clemons played attack for Santa Clara University from 1986 to 1990 and attack and midfield for Eugene Men's Lacrosse Club from 1992-2006.  He coached at Thurston High School and served as the JV Head Coach from 2004-2007 and the Varsity Offensive Coordinator/Varsity Assistant Coach from 2004-2022. Lionel has also been a long time youth coach at Kidsports and Emerald Valley Youth Lacrosse.

Marc Graff played midfield for the University of Oregon from 1984 to 1987 and the Eugene Lacrosse Club from 1987 to 2005.  Marc Served as the Head Junior Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Sheldon High School from 2001 to 2019.  Marc also played midfield for Eugene Men's Lacrosse Club.
