I started my career in the fitness industry over 20 years ago with Fitness First.
Since then I have gained experience in other large gyms and independent businesses, where I have continued to grow and develop my knowledge and skills.
Unlike a lot of other fitness professionals, I don’t have a background in sport. Growing up I led a very unhealthy lifestyle; smoking, drinking and eating A LOT of junk food. Having (mostly!) overcome all of this gives me a unique insight into what it takes to make a lifestyle change and achieve real results.
I use a variety of training methods including circuits, intervals, free-weights, resistance bands, kettlebells and calisthenics.
