Through the South Coast Lens. is not only about presentations and workshops. It is also a chance for club members to meet, share ideas and enjoy time with other photographers and videographers from across the region.

DRAFT Planned and possible activities include:

• Saturday social dinner
  A relaxed dinner on Saturday evening for attendees, presenters and club representatives to continue conversations and get to know each other.

• Discussion groups
  Informal small-group discussions around topics such as camera club projects, competitions, exhibitions, video, editing, printing, judging and attracting new members.

• Club networking
  A chance for members from different clubs to meet, compare ideas, and explore future collaborations, outings or inter-club activities.

• Photo walks and local outings
  Informal photography opportunities around Ulladulla and nearby coastal locations, depending on weather, tides and local volunteer leaders.

• Saturday evening astro option
  A possible night-sky photography activity, subject to weather and suitable conditions.

• Trade and supporter displays
  Opportunities to speak with photographic brands, retailers and suppliers, view equipment, and ask questions.

• Video and multimedia showcase
  A possible showcase of short video or multimedia work from participating video groups and clubs.

• Informal “meet the speaker” moments
  Opportunities during breaks, lunch or dinner to speak with presenters and other experienced photographers.
