Inter-Club Competition

An inter-club photography competition will give participating clubs an opportunity to share work from their members, and celebrate photography across the South Coast region.

South Coast Inter‑Club Competition Entry Details – 2026

1. Competition Categories

• Mono

• Colour

Category Definitions Images may be submitted as colour or mono, in accordance with FCC Guidelines. No additional restrictions apply.

2. Entry Allocation

• Each club may submit:

  • 10 Mono images

  • 10 Colour images

• Maximum 2 images per photographer per section.

3. Image Specifications

• Naming Format: Clubs will receive a spreadsheet listing required image names and photographer details. Images must be named exactly as listed (e.g., Rocky Sunrise).

• Technical Requirements:

  • Colour Space: sRGB

  • Maximum File Size: 5MB

  • Resolution: up to 2000× 2000 pixels

  • Format: JPEG

4. Eligibility

• Club entries only.

• Only clubs from the South Coast region may participate.

• No individual member submissions outside their club.

5. Submission Process

• A Dropbox link will be provided to each club.

• One designated club representative must upload all entries for their club.

6. Closing Date

Saturday 3rd October – 6:00pm

All entries must be uploaded before this time.

7. Judging

• Judging will commence immediately after entries close.

• Judge selection is pending; preferences may be discussed.

• Each image will be scored out of 15.

• The judge will receive a spreadsheet containing all entries for scoring.

8. Saturday Program Presentation

• A slideshow of all submitted images will run throughout the day (subject to technical feasibility).

• The top‑scoring images will be showcased.

• A full run‑through of the winning club’s entries will follow.

9. Awards & Fees

• Trophy and certificate awarded to the club with the highest total points.

• Entry Fee: $20.00 per club will be due prior to the event.

10. Additional Notes for Clubs

• Ensure image names match the spreadsheet exactly.

• Verify file size and resolution before uploading.

• Coordinate internally so only one representative upload the full set.
