Finally, on June 19th, Singapore moved from Phase 1 to Phase 2. This means people can go back to "relatively" normal life. So when Tintin heard Singapore is easing lock down and moving to Phase 2, he was delighted! ..But beware, the virus is still in the air and in the lungs!
In the age of social distancing, life cannot go back to pre-covid days during Phase 2. Don't stand too close to anyone :)
