Learner Feedback:

Selected comments from inpatient resident evaluations:

''Dr. Ost was great! She taught on and after rounds and was patient with the resident and student presentations. She was very respectful and made the month enjoyable.''

''Efficient rounding, & clearly knew the patients very well. Ensured that patients received complete medical care and were safe.''

"She was a very effective teacher, taking key moments to instruct, yet at the same time she was efficient. She also pushed us to really know our patients and think through our reasoning and plans though it was always done in a non threatening way. She is by far one of the best attending physicians I have worked with and I really appreciate the balance she brings to a team.''

'Dr. Ost's welcoming nature made our learning environment a very comfortable one. She held us responsible for our patents and was very accessible when we needed further guidance. She is very down to earth and her love for learning sneaks out when she shares insightful information about medicine, whether it be during morning report, jeopardy, or educational sessions in the afternoon. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Dr. Ost.''

''It was an absolute pleasure to work with Dr. Ost. I really appreciated the balance she took in teaching and letting us care for our patients. She set high expectations in such a non threatening way that I feel I was able to really grow and mature as a physician all the while receiving the support that I need. I hope to have the opportunity to work with her again in the future.''
