SOSN Punishment System

At SOSN, we enforce our guidelines through a structured disciplinary system to maintain a fair and respectful community. Below is an overview of how our punishment system works:

1st Warning – Appealable

• No immediate restrictions, but this serves as an official notice.

• A direct message or email will be sent explaining the specific policy violation.

• If another violation occurs, a strike will be issued.

• If a more severe policy is broken, a strike may be applied immediately.

1st Strike – Appealable

• Restrictions include loss of access to events, updates, and certain features.

• A detailed explanation of the violation will be provided.

• Restrictions last for one week, but the strike remains on record for 90 days.

2nd Strike – Appealable

• Increased restrictions lasting two weeks.

• Full suspension from all platform activities during this period.

• A detailed explanation of the policy violation will be provided.

• The strike remains on record for 90 days.

3rd Strike – Termination (Appealable with Low Probability)

• Permanent account deletion.

• An email notification will be sent regarding the termination.

• A ban from creating new accounts.
