A beta new is where sosn likes to add mini updates for devs to test. And later they will make the full update and betas leave more time for new  features ect.

If you see this and you just want all features at the full version the  do not download the update and use /feedback to make a feedback message and after you could go to 1.31 or stay on the beta. untill the next update or beta.
