Create a new folder in the shared drive(Deep - Team work > Web New Project)
Folder name is website URL or Company name
Create two folders inside the created folder - 1) uploaded by DeepIt and 2) Uploaded by <website or company name>
Add a list of required materials for the website document file in the <website or company name> folder
Add Content file
Save Google Drive in the Asana project
Get client mail and give access to them.
Shared the Google Drive link in the WhatsApp group, which was created by Bharat Sir or you.
Ask to mail to give access to the Google Drive
Send a message to fill the requirement materials document list and share a link to it.
Send a message to upload images, videos, reference links, and files in the Uploaded by <website or company name> folder
If the client shares images, files, or videos via WhatsApp or email, upload them to the Google Drive and mention them in the Asana project as per the page section.
Create an Asana project using ready-made templates based on the client's chosen packages
Enter Project name <website or company name>, add in started.
Enter a project starting Date, package plan.
Assign the pre-production task to the UI/UX designer, developer, and Support web.
Add the Google Drive link to the project
Create a menu file in the drive,
make a menu structure - Home page, about us, contact us, and so on, based on the packages.
Confirm with Bharatsir
Share a menu file link with the client after it is confirmed by Bharatsir.
Create a Pagewise section in the Asana project using the common section.
Using a content file to create a content file
Once the client shares the website details, start writing content for the website.
First, write content for the home page. No of sections will be according to the package.
Write content for the other pages according to the menu structure.
