Understand the client's requirement, and get the necessary details(images, videos, content files, and PDF files) from the client to make changes in the website.
Create a task in the small task project in Asana. The task name will be the website URL(easy to find).
Create a quote file in Google Drive (in the cost price folder); the filename will be the company name or website URL. mention all changes in the file
Tell about the changes to the developer and confirm the total time from them, and add developer Hours, tester hours, and extra Hours in the quote file
Share that file with sir, get the quote amount, and send the quotation to the client via WhatsApp or Email.
Once the client accepts the quote, schedule the task based on the total hours.
The developer makes changes to the website, reviews them, and informs the client to review them via WhatsApp or email.
Send an email with the required details, such as the client name, quote amount, changes, etc., to the accounts department to generate an invoice and inform them.
If the accounts department shares an invoice, send it to the client and request payment within 10 days.
Send the remainder to the client for the pending payment via call or messages
once the client has paid, and take a screenshot or details from the client and confirm with the account department.
