As per Oxford Economics analysis, Bengaluru is going to be fastest growing city in AsiaPacific in 2023. This means that demand for real estate and infrastructure facilities will grow rapidly. GIS can help in planning buyers to make decision. In this project I have shown that GIS can be a powerful tool for common citizens. With this project I am aiming to give users a map which will help their decision-making process. This has been achieved by using QGIS software to study proximity and perform multicriteria overlay analysis. 

 The use of GIS in town planning is very well studied and used. It is now time that the technology to be used by everyone. This project opens possibility of a product that can be used in all cities in India and Internationally.
