TERMS OF SOLUTION OFFERED AND USE


1. Time clocks would need broadband wireless or Ethernet connection for syncing up data with cloud (our app as well as Intuit QB) and 110V power supply to use 12V adapter.

2. Currently Intuit QB Online does not support overtime calculation so if there is OT you have to manually enter it in the QB payroll (you will be able to see OT hours in our app). QB does not support Job Types sync up with our App so you will only see straight time work hours (regular hours) into QB Payroll. If you use QB Desktop / Enterprise you will be able to sync employee's regular and over time hours or any other paycodes you would like to use.

3. If you are using QB online please make sure you have QB Plus account. We are approved vendor for the app to provide Bio metric Time Clock Solution for Intuit QB Online Accounts and QB Desktop/Enterprise versions. The solution is compatible with many other payroll systems.

4. Time clocks are non-refundable. You can request test account to test the app (you can sync your account with QB online and create dummy data to test to ensure it meets your requirements) before placing order for the time clock.

5. Following is monthly license fee: Terminated employees are not counted in billing. Minimum monthly billing is $30.00
