Punches and Timecards
Notes:
These buttons will be disabled if the Geofencing is enabled and you are not in the allowed area to punch.
The Break button will disabled if there's no clock in yet
The Clock out button will be disabled if Break button started
Clock IN
Swipe the CLOCK IN button to the right to clock in / punch in.
Start Break
Swipe the START BREAK button to the left if you want to start your break(Please see first screenshot). There is a confirmation will show up and click Start break if you want to continue else click cancel. (Please see second screenshot)
Stop Break
Swipe the STOP BREAK button to the right to stop the break
Clock OUT
Swipe the CLOCK OUT button to the left to clock out or punch out (Please see first screenshot) and Click Clock out button to continue else click Cancel (Please see second screenshot)
Viewing of Punches
1. Click the punches lists icon to display the list of raw punches from Biometric or Mobile app
2. Click the Arrow Left icon to view the details of the punch. (Pleasee see second screenshot for the details)
Note: To refresh the list, please just Swipe down the screen
Viewing of Timecards
1. Click the Timecard icon to view the Timecard lists
2. Click the Calendar icon to change the payperiod
