Delete Account

If you no longer wish to use SoloSaga, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. This action is irreversible.

HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

From within the App:

1. Open the App and go to Settings

2. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"

3. Confirm when prompted

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately. By email: If you are unable to access the App, you may send a deletion request to: vishalnaikawadi@gmail.com

Email requests are processed within 30 days. Please send from the email address associated with your account.

IMPORTANT: CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FIRST

Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel an active SoloSaga Pro subscription. If you have a paid subscription, you must cancel it separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before or after deleting your account to avoid future charges.

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → SoloSaga Pro → Cancel

• Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → SoloSaga → Cancel

WHAT IS DELETED

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers:

• Your account credentials and Firebase authentication record

• Your user profile, display name, email, and preferences

• All journal entries (Chapters) you have ever written

• All AI assistant conversation history

• All AI-generated storyboard images and narration audio files

• Your AI credits balance and subscription status record

• Your character attributes and story style preferences

• Cached data stored on your device (local journal drafts and story files)

Once deletion is complete, your account cannot be recovered and a new account cannot be created using the same credentials unless you register fresh.

WHAT IS RETAINED

The following data is not deleted:

1. Billing records held by Apple App Store or Google Play Store — these are governed by Apple's and Google's own policies, not ours

2. Anonymised usage analytics events already recorded (e.g. "story generated", "chapter created") — these do not contain your journal content and cannot be linked back to you after account deletion

3. Server performance and crash logs retained for technical stability purposes
