GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

For the inclusion of an accepted paper in the workshop proceeding, at least one author of the paper must register for the workshop and pay the fee before the deadline. The fee will not cover hotel expenses. Please note that the organisers cannot provide any support for travel and accommodation. Therefore please do not submit requests for travel and accommodation support.

- Contact person at your organization for the invoice (name, email, phone number)

- Any other relevant information that should appear on the invoice

REDUCED CONFERENCE FEE FOR STUDENTS

The applicants should send their inquiries and applications (with a brief motivation and, where relevant, the colour scan of the student registration ID) to the following two email addresses: crojaspi@uchile.cl; agrointernac@uchile.cl

The subject text of your email should be:

soilmapping2019, fee for student, YOUR NAME

Applicants should proof they are registered as regular students during the year 2019, or academic year 2018-2019. The student fee applications should be received before February 05, 2019. The available number of reduced-fee for students is limited, to be accepted on the first-come first-served basis (date of receipt of applications for support). Preference will be given to authors (students) presenting their work at the conference (oral or poster presentation).
