Welcome to Soil-Seq!

Soil-Seq is a four day education module designed to introduce students to bioinformatics, environmental surveillance, and antibiotic resistance genes. With hands-on activities, students contribute to a global effort to monitor antibiotic resistant bacteria, all while building their knowledge, research skills, and STEM identity.
