Transform! 2023 will be held in Waterloo, Ontario on the campus of the University of Waterloo at Conrad Grebel University College

Classes and activities will be held throughout the building, with access to the U Waterloo campus and nearby amenities.

Waterloo is 100 km west of Toronto.

United College (formerly St. Paul's) Guest Room

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included as part of tuition.

Budget-friendly accommodation on the UW campus is available.

United College (formerly St. Paul's College) is right next to Grebel and has guest rooms. Rate is $110/night plus taxes and includes one parking space. The guest rooms include a small refrigerator and microwave. Inquire about a discounted rate for stays of 7 days or more.

Some apartment-style accommodation is available in MacKenzie King Village on the U Waterloo Campus; a little further walk. Rate Info.

Residence-style rooms are also available in Ron Eydt Village with single bed, desk, wardrobe and shared washrooms on each floor.

Lunch Meal Plans are available for purchase at Conrad Grebel Dining Hall. Info

Getting Here

Waterloo Regional International Airport (YKF) has flights from Calgary, Edmonton, Saint John NB, Charlottetown, Halifax, Vancouver & Victoria BC, Winnipeg, Ottawa & Montreal.

Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ) will have more flight options and has a shuttle service to Waterloo.

GoTransit - Two routes have daily service to UW from the GTA. More Info

VIARAIL Kitchener Station connects to the Grand River Transit LRT that stops at UW.

Parking at Grebel is through the HonkMobile app. Grebel is zone 9702.
