Empanelment

Empanelment marks the beginning of the collaboration between a Non-Profit and Corporate. The Non-profit receives an invitation from the Corporate, enabling it to fill the empanelment application form and submit the same for approval. Post approval from the Corporate, the Non-Profit can start creating 'CSR campaigns', and initiate employee engagement.

Empanelment

1. When no Corporates have sent the empanelment invitation "No CSR Partners yet." message will be shown.

2. The Corporate invites Non-Profit for empanelment. Once the corporate invites the Non-Profit, it will be notified via email & notification in app. After this, a CSR card can be seen under Side menu --> CSR

3. Click on the Invited button to open the empanelment form. Fill out the every detail that a CSR has asked for.

If you had already filled the NGOProfile information then most of the fields can be found autofilled in the empanelment form.

4. Fill out all the form fields with valid information. Upload the supporting documents requested by Corporate under 'Documents' section. Click on Save and then Submit. On submission the CSR will be able to see all the entered information. The status of empanelment changes from 'Invited' to 'In Review'. Once the CSR verifies and approves the form, Non-Profit will be notified about that.

5. After the CSR approval, the status will change from 'In-Review' to 'Empanelled'. Now you can create and drive the collaborative campaigns with CSR initiating employee engagement.

6. The Non-Profit will now be able to start the engagement.
