Non-Profits can create two types of CSR campaigns:
To engage employees in volunteering. The Corporate can match the volunteering hours with equivalent donations
Prerequisite: The empanelment between the Corporate and the Non-profits should already be established.
Campaign creation is just like way of creating other types of campaigns, except the process of CSR approval. Please follow the below listed steps to create the campaign.
1. Go to Side menu --> CSR
2. Click on the Dashboard icon from the CSR card to open the CSR dashboard.
3. Click on Add New button to create a new Matching Volunteer campaign.
3. Fill out all the details , upload the banner image & then Save it .
Note: Publish button will be enabled once the campaign is approved by CSR.
4. Go to CSR --> Dashboard . Click on it to open. Check that newly created campaign appears here. You can also notice the partnered CSR logo is associated with your campaign.
5. Click on it to open. Click on Submit to CSR button. The process will submit the campaign to CSR for Approval.
6. The CSR will review the content and approves it. Once the CSR approves it'll be notified to NGO and 'Publish' button will be enabled.
Note: If by mistake Submit to CSR is clicked, the campaign again has to go through the CSR approval process. Until then Publish button will be disabled again.
After CSR approval, the Publish button can be seen enabled.
After Publishing, the button will turn to Unpublish
7. The campaign is now visible publicly. The Corporate will now start engaging it's employees
Editing the campaign is similar to the way of edit other types of campaign except that 'the changes' should be approved by the empaneled CSR
1. Go the Side menu --> CSR --> Dashboard .
2. Pick the campaign which has to be edited and click on it.
2. Click on Edit . Make the necessary changes. Save it.
3. Click on back button. Click on Submit to CSR. Once the CSR approves the changes, NGO will be notified and the same can be published again.
To encourage employees to donate. The Corporate can match the donations form the employee.
The process of creating and publishing is same as Matching Volunteer campaigns.
1. Create the Matching Donation Campaign
2. Publish the campaign once it is approved.
