Importance of 2nd Amendment

Without the Second Amendment to restrict government from infringing on the rights of the people the other amendments are just words on paper! We have compiled some facts and quotes, not to convince the viewer but to educate them! If a government is secure enough to openly violate the rights of armed citizens imagine the reign of terror they will inflict on an unarmed populous!!

We, as a nation, have the duty to keep our elected officials under control. We have FAILED!

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Ratified in December 1791.

Notice there is no except or unless clause. It does not mention the authority of any government employee, agent, or elected official to require back ground checks, licensing or registration of the person or the firearm, nor does it mention restrictions of any kind, including the type of weapon or ammunition capacity of the firearm. What is does say is - shall not be infringed - restricting any of the above mentioned government officials!

For those of you who say the Second Amendment does not include modern weapons, high capacity magazines or clips; you must also believe the First Amendment does not apply to any type of electronically generated communication.

The first 'high' capacity auto firing weapon was manufactured and sold to the public in 1894.

The Schönberger-Laumann 1892 was the first semi-automatic pistol. The first model to gain any commercial success was Hugo Borchardt's C-93, which, together with the 7.65 mm Borchardt cartridge, had been designed in 1893 and made its public debut in 1894.

Crude versions of the machine gun, including the hand-crank-operated Gatling gun, first came into use during the American Civil War. Invented by Richard J. Gatling in 1862 and an integral part of the U.S. military arsenal until 1911, the Gatling gun used multiple barrels in a cylinder position to fire up to 600 shots per minute.

This gun was not fully automatic, however, because it required users to continuously turn the crank in order to keep firing.

The first fully automatic weapon was created by Hiram Maxim in 1885; his Maxim machine gun used a recoil system to fire up to 500 rounds per minute.

The infamous words of Thomas Jefferson, clearly states the intent of the Second Amendment:

"The Constitution of most of our states (and of the United States) assert that all power is inherent in the people; that they may exercise it by themselves; that it is their right and duty to be at all times armed."

Every politician today who entertains the idea of gun laws, gun confiscation, and think the current laws are Constitutional has betrayed the trust of their constituents. America has laws which should be enforced to prevent this kind of betrayal! Including 5 USC 7311. These criminals in office today need to be charged! These would be tyrants took an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, not pervert it to their liking!

William Pitt knew what he was talking about when he said: "Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves." during his speech on November 18, 1783.

The policy Cory Booker (Fast and Furious) announced in May (2015) would require all gun owners to acquire a license through the federal government. Currently, 16 states have similar laws to varying degrees. The 16 states that have similar gun restriction are ALL in violation of the US Constitution and possibly their state constitutions!

His plan ultimately pushed federal licensing into the conversation for Democrats, prompting Senator Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., former Obama administration Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julian Castro, South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg, and former Texas Representative Robert 'Beto' O'Rourke to echo their support for a national gun licensing program or include it in their own policy announcements.

Some have also issued support for buyback programs, including former Vice President Joe Biden and Senator Bernie Sanders, I-VT,. Biden, who authored the 1994 assault weapons ban, is in favor of universal background checks and renewing a ban on assault weapons.

Note: A firearm becomes an 'assault' weapon when you run out of ammunition and use it as a club!

"If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no resource left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense which is paramount to all positive forms of government, and which against the usurpation's of the national rulers, may be exerted with infinitely better prospect of success than against those of the rulers of an individual state. Buy back programs are the biggest scam perpetrated on the citizens in the history of the United States.

The government did not previously own the firearms they claim they will 'buy back', therefore the transaction can not possibly be 'buy them back', by any stretch of the imagination. Programs like these are misappropriating tax payer funds for political purposes.

The El Paso shooter was 21 and was, most likely, paid to commit the shooting. Since he is on a suicide watch as of 8/19/2019 It would not be surprising if he 'commits suicide' before he gets transferred to prison. The fact that he admitted he was the shooter should be a clear indication that he was coerced, paid, or otherwise enticed to commit the shooting – IF he really was the shooter.

The fact that he was shown on surveillance camera being arrested, instead of shot, in different pants than in previous images, in front of the Walmart when other reports stated he was almost a block away, is enough to make an intelligent person question the authenticity of the entire incident!

All the democratic politicians seem to be outraged at the 'mass shooting' in El Paso while ignoring the violence in cities like Chicago, with 7 killed and 46 injured according to Chicago CBS local . None of the politicians cared about the 19 shootings that killed five people and injured 28 others that happened in June of 2019.

But those acts of violence don't fit the gun confiscation agenda of the traitors holding government office right now, do they?! Guns are NOT the problem – people with no morals, scruples, and respect ARE – and that includes the politicians demanding infringements on the Second Amendment!

5 USC § 7311.Loyalty and striking

U.S. Code

An individual may not accept or hold a position in the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia if he—

(1)advocates the overthrow of our constitutional form of government;

(2)is a member of an organization that he knows advocates the overthrow of our constitutional form of government;

(3)participates in a strike, or asserts the right to strike, against the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia; or

(4)is a member of an organization of employees of the Government of the United States or of individuals employed by the government of the District of Columbia that he knows asserts the right to strike against the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia.

When members of congress staged their 'sit in', on the senate floor, they effectually declared they were on strike, which is a violation of 5 USC 7311 paragraph 3.

Every member of government who advocates for gun control laws, gun confiscation, and stricter infringements on the Second Amendment have not only violated their oath of office but are also advocating for more violence and attempting to overthrow the government.

There are currently many members of government who are openly advocating over throwing the government and some of which are members of an organization, which they call a religion, whose sole purpose is to over throw the Constitutional Republic form of government by demanding sharia law.

All the democratic candidates running for president in 2020 have used vehicles owned, leased, or otherwise under the control of the Government of the United States in violation of 5 USC § 7324.

If the elected government representatives obeyed the laws they want enforced on the average citizen we would not be having a discussion on the Second Amendment!

5 USC §7324. Political activities on duty; prohibition

(a) An employee may not engage in political activity-

(1) while the employee is on duty;

(2) in any room or building occupied in the discharge of official duties by an individual employed or holding office in the Government of the United States or any agency or instrumentality thereof;

(3) while wearing a uniform or official insignia identifying the office or position of the employee; or

(4) using any vehicle owned or leased by the Government of the United States or any agency or instrumentality thereof.

(b)(1) An employee described in paragraph (2) of this subsection may engage in political activity otherwise prohibited by subsection (a) if the costs associated with that political activity are not paid for by money derived from the Treasury of the United States.

(2) Paragraph (1) applies to an employee-

(A) the duties and responsibilities of whose position continue outside normal duty hours and while away from the normal duty post; and

(B) who is-

(i) an employee paid from an appropriation for the Executive Office of the President; or

(ii) an employee appointed by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, whose position is located within the United States, who determines policies to be pursued by the United States in relations with foreign powers or in the nationwide administration of Federal laws.
