Circuit Design & Simulation

We focus on designing circuits for a wide range of applications where a-IGZO TFTs can be utilized, including display pixel, sensors, and neuromorphic systems, while also actively studying circuit designs that can be implemented with CMOS technology.

Advanced Oxide-Based Devices

We develop metal-oxide-based devices for various applications, including displays and neuromorphic computing. To gain deeper insight, we use computer-aided design (TCAD)  simulations to analyze their electrical, thermal, and mechanical behavior. 

Photonic Integrated Circuit

Integrated photonics research focuses on photonic integrated circuits (PICs), optoelectronic devices, and photonic memory elements. These technologies target advanced sensing and computing applications across various platforms.
