Homeowners donated $2495.00 to the Cambridge Food Shelf.  Bandon Swartz (Smuggs' ownership) announced at the Get Together that they will continue the Smuggs' tradition and match homeowners' donations.

Please consider donating, as support is needed year round. Visit their website at cambridgevtfs.wixsite.com/my-site.

Letter from the Director of the Cambridge Community Food Shelf

Dear Community,

The Cambridge Community Food Shelf is so grateful to the Smugglers' Notch Homeowners Association for their contributions that help support the Summer Lunch Program. The donations totaled at $2,495.00!  We are also thankful to Brandon Swartz who told us at the picnic he would continue the tradition of matching what the homeowners donate! A heart-felt appreciation is being sent to the Smugglers Notch Homeowners Association members for your continued support.

Respectfully and sincerely,

Mary Fiedler

Director of the Cambridge Community Food Shelf

👚Cambridge Clothing Bank

With temperatures looking to stay well below freezing, please keep in mind the Cambridge Clothing Bank if you have winter weather gear, especially jackets, to move along. All clothing should be freshly washed or cleaned and not have any animal hair on it. The clothing bank has a particular need for winter clothing for men, especially in larger sizes, and for boys and girls sizes six to 16, though all sizes are welcome. They cannot accept donations of shoes or boots, so those should go to Goodwill. Drop items off on Tuesdays between 1 and 7 p.m. at the Maple Street side of the Second Congregational Church in Jeffersonville.
