This year we are trying a bunch of new and exciting events around Stillwater Middle School, but making it all possible takes a community. We rely entirely on active volunteers to make a difference.
To ensure our students have the memorable experiences they deserve—and that our teachers feel truly supported in their classrooms—we need your help. Even a small amount of time can make a massive impact. Check out some of the ways you can team up with us and get involved!

PTA meetings are a great way to meet other parents and stay in the loop about Stillwater Middle School. Come hear updates and insights from the PTA board, event updates and opportunities, and hear from our school assistant principal Malinda Major. We review current spending and offer a forum for parents and staff to express new ideas or concerns.

Volunteer background check
Volunteer background check
For the safety of the students at Stillwater Middle School, District 834 requires all volunteers to complete a background check. For information about completing your background check, visit the Stillwater Area Public Schools website.
The background check process can take up to a week to complete, so register now to make sure you don’t miss out on any volunteer opportunities. Background checks are simple to complete and FREE! Background checks must be renewed every four years. If you are uncertain about when your background check will expire, please contact the school secretary, Maddison Zemlicka
