Requesting a smock? 

Please let us know the patient's name, address where the smock is to be sent, t-shirt size (be generous -- we have XS, Small, Medium, Large, XL, 2X on hand or can make 3X, 4X and 5X upon request), and a few colors the patient enjoys. All information is confidential. Since fabric is donated, we do not have standard patterns so we do our best to match each patient with a fun smock, but we are limited to what is in inventory at the time of request. One smock per patient please so we can help as many women as possible!

If you are a patient at MD Anderson West Houston, you will receive a smock upon your first treatment. Please do not request a smock via email so that we can help as many women as possible.

Monetary Donations: Checks made out to Smocks for Life can be sent, care of St. Peter's UMC, to the address below. To pay by credit card, go to St. Peter's Giving page, click on the Make a One-Time Gift button. Select an amount, then choose "Special Gift" in the Select a Fund drop-down menu, and in the Optional Memo write Smocks for Life. Then continue with the prompts to make a donation. 

Fabric Donations: Fabric can be dropped-off at the church office or brought to any Cutting Party. 

Fabric Requirements: 100% cotton fabric, no metallic accents, no glitter flecks, and not see-thru (hold it up to the light to test its opacity). Must be a minimum of 3 yards, which will yield one smock. Greater quantities yield more smocks. If purchasing an entire bolt, please leave fabric wrapped on the cardboard bolt organizer. We encourage fun, vibrant, cheerful colors and patterns. Please avoid directional and seasonal fabrics.
